- Provision of advice to committee on day-to-day management of body corporate including strata legislative requirements.
- Maintain records of the Body Corporate including the strata roll, minutes, correspondence, building information and service provider contracts.
- Prepare, convene & run meetings (Committee & General Meetings) – boardroom and online facilities are available.
- Prepare & distribute meeting agenda’s & minutes
- Respond to general enquiries and correspondence.
- Establishment of new strata schemes
- Produce information from records and certificates as required by legislation.

- Maintain the custody of body corporate common seal
- Implement decisions made by the Body Corporate in accordance with the scope of our strata management agreement.
