My education had a substantial and positive impact on my career.Â
I have a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics and it helped me build a strong foundation and professional discipline by developing a strong learning ability, analytical thinking, advanced decision making and problem-solving skills. I learned the different areas of the business, and how to use data to make logical decisions. I made sense of different issues within the business and find creative way to solve those issues. I also gained valuable soft skills in culture and communication, time management, cross-collaboration, and how to be intrinsically motivated.Â
I am a huge believer that ongoing commitment to continuous learning and development will keep you one step ahead of the competition. I am passionate about building long lasting relationships and high performing teams and through completing additional leadership training I acquired valuable skills that will apply in my new role.
Strong foundation for analysing and understanding the market trends, manage resources efficiently, ability to make informed decisions regarding budgeting, financial planning, navigating legal frameworks and driving organisational change as well as addressing economic challenges within strata communities.Â
 My entry into strata management was somewhat serendipitous, yet it provided the perfect avenue to apply and challenge my financial, organizational, managerial, and interpersonal skills daily. The industry’s diverse challenges, from financial planning to conflict resolution, resonated with my desire to contribute meaningfully to community well-being.
My career began in banking and finance, spanning 14 years, before transitioning to strata management 16 years ago. Starting as a Body Corporate Manager, I acquired extensive expertise in managing various property portfolios. Over the last eight years, I advanced through senior leadership roles, honing my financial, organisational, and customer service skills, and leading medium-sized teams through significant organisational changes.
My leadership style is characterized by clear communication, strategic thinking, and motivational abilities. I emphasize collaboration and inclusivity, ensuring that every team member’s strengths are recognized and utilized. My adaptability and results-oriented mindset aim to lead the team toward success and continuous development.
Integrity, accountability, and transparency are central to my decision-making. I strive to make ethically aligned decisions, take responsibility for outcomes, and maintain open communication. Valuing innovation and teamwork, I believe in the power of collective effort to achieve our goals.
