Administration, Secretarial & Strata Services

  • Provision of advice to committee on day-to-day management of body corporate including strata legislative requirements.
  • Maintain records of the Body Corporate including the strata roll, minutes, correspondence, building information and service provider contracts.
  • Prepare, convene & run meetings (Committee & General Meetings) – boardroom and online facilities are available.
  • Prepare & distribute meeting agenda’s & minutes
  • Respond to general enquiries and correspondence.
  • Establishment of new strata schemes
  • Produce information from records and certificates as required by legislation.
  • Provide and online owners and committee portal.
  • Maintain the custody of body corporate common seal
  • Implement decisions made by the Body Corporate in accordance with the scope of our strata management agreement.

    Prompt Strata has relationships with service providers that offer significant savings in comparison to other arrangements that include commissions to strata managers. We work to get the best premiums available for insurance and as we are not conflicted with commissions, you have the freedom of choice to use a no-commission broker , traditional broker, direct to insurer quotations and combinations of these depending on what is best suited for your building.
